Televisits
We are pleased to announce that we are now offering TeleVisits, a more convenient appointment option. As always, your childs healthcare is our top priority and although the way they are seen might be different-our commitment to them remains the same. From all of us at Valpeds, thank you for taking part in helping to keep our community safe and healthy.

Steps to Begin Your TeleVisit
You can join a TeleVisit by logging in the Healow App or Patient Portal, or by clicking the link in the text or email you received from our office.
You will receive an Email and/or Text message with a link. If you are not signed up to receive automated Text Reminders, please call us, so that we can get your number registered.
1. Open the email or text on your phone or computer and click on the link. This will open a separate browser window on your device.
2. You will then be prompted to fill out the health questionnaire and vitals 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time.
3. Once you have filled out the required details, you can standby for your provider to join at your scheduled time and start the visit!
