Your Well Child

The following is our recommended Schedule of Well Checks.  We have provided literature concerning your child’s development and well-being. 

• Day 2-5
• 2 weeks
• 2 months
• 4 months
• 6 months
• 9 months
• 12months
• 15 months
• 18 months
• 2 years
• 3 years
• 4-6 years
• Yearly after age 6

For established patients, please submit your well care appointment request via our patient portal.

You can also call our office at (661) 294-2229 to speak to one of our schedulers in order to set up your child’s next well care exam.  Scheduling physical exam appointments in advance will allow you to choose the physician and appointment time which is most convenient for you.
