“Historical Appointments” will show any past appointment your child has had. 

This will include the date, time, doctor, and reason for the visit.

• You do not need to worry about the “Status” section as this is for Office use.

“Current Appointment” will show any upcoming scheduled appointment.

From this screen you may also cancel an upcoming appointment. 

• To do this, select “Cancel Appointment” under the appointment you wish to cancel.
• You will then be asked to provide a reason for canceling the appointment.

**Appointments can be cancelled at any time but in order to avoid a fee, 24 hours MUST be given.  You will receive a message confirming the cancelation once our office has cancelled the appointment.**
