Acute

• We always make room for sick children on the day you call by having same day appointments.
• If your child is sick during the night and you know you want him/her to be seen first thing in the morning, call us at 8:00am to schedule an appointment or you are welcome to walk in. See more information below.
• If after scheduling an acute appointment you are unable to keep that time, or no longer need that appointment because your child is feeling better, please call to cancel.  If no notification is received, you will be assessed a $20 missed appointment fee.

Walk-in for Sick Children

• While we prefer you call ahead and schedule a same day acute appointment, we do accept walk-in patients
• Walk- in patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis and worked in among patients with appointments. 
• We have a surge of patients with appointments from 3 PM on because of school ending.  If you walk in at that time you may have a longer wait.

Saturdays

• Saturday hours are for sick visits only.  Chronic problems and re-checks will not be scheduled on Saturdays.

Follow-ups

• Follow-up appointments are sometimes needed because some illnesses or injuries cannot be treated or fully diagnosed in a single visit.  Co-pays or deductibles apply.
